National Contractors is looking for Contractors

Click here to receive upcoming construction project leads in your email box

FACT: DEVELOPERS NEED QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS

FACT: GENERAL CONTRACTORS NEED RELIABLE SUB-CONTRACTORS

FACT: CONTRACTORS NEED TO BE NOTIFIED OF NEW BIDDING OPPORTUNITIES

THE SOLUTION: PROJECT AND CONTRACTOR MATCHING VIA NATIONAL CONTRACTORS

Over the past three years we have recorded and posted over 20 billion dollars in upcoming projects - Worldwide

1. Where do the Jobs come from?

100 percent of our Residential and Commercial projects are submitted online personally by the Project Owners looking for your services. We also work with several government agencies and websites to help announce their upcoming construction projects and RFQ needs.

2. How many projects come in?

National Contractors.com receives over 400 project leads every month, since 1998 we have recorded 20 billion dollars in total incoming project value!

3. How good are the projects?

All incoming projects are immediately verified and are only accepted if a solid contact is established and there is a strong probability of securing the Job.

4. What kind of projects are posted?

Posted projects cover all areas of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Construction, from 100 dollars to several billion dollars in value.

5. What is the Posting Process?

When a project is received it is verified and posted to a secure server on our website. Contractor members can access the information and contact the project owners directly

The project is posted to the secure server.

Contractor receives an email stating that a possible bidding opportunity has been posted

Contractor logs in with unique user name and password

Contractor contacts project owner to bid

7. When does National Contractors.com get paid?

National Contractors.com does not charge any fees for posting projects or placing contractors. National Contractors.com makes revenue from the contractor membership fees

8. How does National Contractors.com select Contractors?

Any contractor can join as a member and bid on posted projects

9. How does a Contractor sign up as a preferred member to bid on projects?

By following this link Secure Signup - this will take interested contractors to a secure server to sign up

10. What is the cost of joining the national network?

National Contractors.com has three pricing plans: 24.99 for 12-months, 31.99 for 6-months and 39.99 for month to month membership

Contractors will recieve access to all of our incoming projects through a secure server along with email search agents that will automatically notify any member of a bidding opportunity.

11. You mean as a member I will receive notification of the jobs that I want to bid on in my email?

Thats correct, we use technology that matches your bidding criteria with that of any posted project. Projects that are in your geographic area, and in the bidding range that you select will be fowarded to you via email!

12. I noticed that your service is geared towards contractors, could anyone else benefit from this service?

Absolutely, anyone that has goods or services to sell into the average construction project could benefit. Project owners need a wide array of goods and services along with contractors to complete the project. Our service would be a benefit to Companies that provide Construction Loans, Building Material Supplies, Pest Control Services and Inspection and Apprasial Services.

13. Why is there a cost to join?

National Contractors.com is providing a cutting edge service to contractors through the Internet. Our goal is to provide you with more bidding opportunities to grow your business and increase your sales. The membership fee keeps us in business and helps us maintain the website and database.

14. From a bottom line standpoint would my business benefit

All it takes is one secured project from our database and the member will immediately recover the membership fee and most likely make a profit. Of course, with more secured projects comes even greater profit potential. As a business owner you are going to be forced to spend money to acquire project leads if you want to be successful. If you analyze the cost of our service and compare it to the profit potential, it makes perfect sense to join. Theoretically a contractor could join our service for 5 years at a total cost of $1499.40, win only one project in that time frame and still come out with a profit.

15. Have contractors successfully estimated and won projects through National Contractors.com?

You bet, Renaissance Contracting one of our strongest member contractors was awarded a $160K project in August of 2000. In addition to many other projects being successfully estimated and awarded on our site, Hummert Construction of Florida was awarded a pair of projects totaling $220K from Guardian Banks. We also received word a few weeks ago that Varnell Construction was able to secure 2-$500K Projects off the site, and USA Construction out of California was able to win a 100k government project (Congratulations to all the winners) Projects have been estimated and awarded from the following companies: Guardian Banks, Greyhound Bus-lines, Kay Bee Toys, and the U.S. Army. Hear what some of our members are saying testimonials

16. This sounds like something I want to get into right now, how do I sign up?

Follow this link to our secure server and you will be on your way to new bidding opportunities Secure Signup
